    About

Fifteen years doing the work, not advising from the sidelines.

I've built and run businesses, hired and scaled teams, generated millions in sales, raised capital, and spent fifteen years doing the work, not advising from the sidelines.

Every business I've built has been a service business. Clients to look after, standards to hold, and work that has to be world class every single time. You don't deliver that on goodwill and long hours alone. You deliver it by building systems that are scalable and repeatable, so quality is engineered in rather than a happy accident. That's where technology earns its keep.

And every one of those businesses has had the same question running underneath it. How do we use technology to drive efficiency, lift output, and do more with a smaller team, without losing the craft that makes the work worth buying in the first place?

That's the muscle I've spent fifteen years building. Finding the points in a business where the right bit of tech, automation or AI quietly replaces hours of manual work, frees the team to focus on the work clients actually pay for, and lets a lean operation punch well above its size.

That intersection is the whole point of Cobalt. I'm not interested in AI for its own sake. I'm interested in how it fits into your business: how it supports your people, removes cost, and turns slow manual processes into something that runs itself.

I keep it lightweight. No twelve-month roadmaps. No platforms you'll never use. Solutions in your business in days, not months.
